Background and Discussion:
Execution of 3rd of third Interlocal Agreement renewal for Gulf Coast Transit District (GCTD). Agreement is an Agency coordination of services for Harris County RIDES to provide service for seniors and people with disabilities and low-income in the urbanized service area of City of Pearland. Agreement promotes regional coordination and elimination of duplicate services. Medical trips, work trips, and other essential needs trips will be provided for residents to remain independent in the community. All services provided by the County are covered under this agreement with no cost to the County.
