Request for discussion and approval of the proposed holidays and Commissioners Court meetings calendar for 2027.

Background and Discussion:
Court member offices were given the opportunity to review options of the court calendar for 2027 consisting of regular court meetings, business court meetings, and special court meetings. Three options have been prepared for consideration, with the following key differences:
• Option 1 v2: Includes approximately 2 Regular and 1 Business Court meetings per month, for a total of 33 meetings.
• Option 2 v2: Includes approximately 1 Regular and 2 Business Court meetings per month, for a total of 34 meetings.
• Option 3 v2: Includes approximately 1 Regular and 1 Business Court meeting per month, for a total of 24 meetings.
o (All three options also include 3 Special Meetings, which are statutorily required).
