Background and Discussion:
HOBAS Pipe USA, Inc. built a pedestrian bridge for employees to connect two (2) properties they own. The bridge is over Oil Center Boulevard which is a public road.
Expected Impact:
This bridge will provide a safe walking path for Hobas Pipe USA Inc. employees from the employee center building to the manufacturing plant without crossing the public road Oil Center Boulevard.
