Background and Discussion:
The Flood Control District agrees to allow TELEMUNDO (KTMD) to use its meteorological and hydrological data through a near real-time transmission feed at no cost as long as TELEMUNDO does not share the Data with others, acknowledges the Data is from the Flood Control District in its broadcasts and on any social media posts and follows all the requirements set out herein.

TELEMUNDO (KTMD) will use meteorological and hydrological data provided by the Flood Control District to create and broadcast rainfall and stream condition graphics.
