Background and Discussion:
Request for approval of an extension with 24/6 Technical Services LLC for inspection, maintenance, repair and related items for lift stations for the Toll Road Authority for the period of January 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026.
Inspections and testing of the lift stations are performed on a quarterly basis, while additional
maintenance work is currently ad hoc and self-performed on an as-needed basis.
