Background and Discussion:
On October 29, 2024, the Harris County Commissioners Court approved an agreement with Tetra Tech, Inc. to allow the Harris County Department of Economic Equity & Opportunity to enter into an agreement by utilizing the Harris County Flood Control District’s existing contract with Tetra Tech, Inc. for disaster recovery program management services for the period of October 29, 2024 - December 18, 2025, with three (3) one-year renewal options (Contract No. 230100). MWDBE Contracted Goal: 30%.
This is a request by the Office of the Purchasing Agent that the County Judge execute the second one-year renewal agreement with Tetra Tech, Inc. to allow the Harris County Department of Economic Equity & Opportunity to continue utilizing the Harris County Flood Control District’s existing contract with Tetra Tech, Inc. for disaster recovery program management services for the period of December 11, 2025 - December 31, 2026. This renewal represents the first of three (3) one-year renewal options under Contract No. 230100. MWDBE Contracted Goal: 30%.
