Background and Discussion:
U.S. HUD and Texas GLO requires an updated list of Depository/Authorized Signatories and alternates to be submitted so that the operations funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership, Emergency Solutions Grant, America Rescue Plan Act, Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) and Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) 2015, 2016, and 2017 Harvey funds may proceed unhindered to completion. The GLO has provided a Depository/Authorized Signatories Designation Form, which is to be completed by Harris County.
