Background and Discussion:
Harris County entered into agreements with McDonough Engineering Corporation to perform various Engineering Services. McDonough Engineering Corporation now desires to assign the agreements to LJA Engineering, Inc. per July 26, 2024 notice.
Expected Impact:
Approval would enable HCTRA to continue services provided under the existing agreement.
