Background and Discussion:
Project includes asphalt roadway rehabilitation for Kuykendahl Road, Tanner Road, and West Little York Road
for Harris County Precinct 3.
This change in contracts includes:
• Cost of installation of ribbon median on Louetta Road at Kuykendahl Road. ($14,400.00)
• The final adjustment (reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction against the bid quantities). ($405,199.67).
Expected Impact:
Change allows unused funds to be returned to Harris County and allows the Contractor to be compensated.
