Background and Discussion:
Project includes asphalt pavement repair improvements throughout Precinct 3. The change in contract is to include reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction with the estimated quantities included for bidding purposes. The terms of services in connection with the purchase order is being closed at the request of the Precinct.
Expected Impact:
Change allows unused funds to be returned to Harris County and allows the Contractor to be compensated for the work performed at the Gourley/Meyer Park Trail.
