Background and Discussion:
Harris County is required to have an independent annual audit of the combined financial statements of the County and related entities. Deloitte & Touche’s agreement with the County is up for renewal for the time of 1/25/26 - 1/24/27. This is the third renewal of a five-year agreement with Deloitte & Touche for these external audit services.
