Background and Discussion:
This Interlocal Agreement has been approved in the past. Request for approval of an amendment to Interlocal Agreement No. 1221 with Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 304 (HCMUD No. 304) to construct and maintain an additional public hike and bike trail along HCFCD Unit P145-00-00, with a trail length of approximately 1,450 feet. This amendment will allow HCMUD No. 304 to extend its hike and bike trail on District right-of-way, creating additional recreational amenities that enhance community connectivity and outdoor access
