Request by Housing and Community Development for approval of the second amendment to an agreement with the Asian American Health Coalition of the Greater Houston Area dba HOPE Clinic to reallocate $200,000.00 to the construction line item to adequately cover the cost of construction, the additional funds are coming from the Ibn Sina Foundation ARPA funded project, and the new ARPA allocation is $1,672,260.

Background and Discussion:
The new allocations are as follows: Construction $1,568,260,00.00 and Design $104,000.00. In addition, remove A/E Administration and Inspection Services line item for $58,890.00 in ARPA funds and reallocate the funds to the on-Call Architectural Inspection Services Consultant Agreement. The total ARPA funds committed to the project are increasing from $1,531,150.00 to 1,672,260.00
Expected Impact:
This project seeks to use the ARPA Funding to assist low- and moderate-income residents of Precinct 4 by renovating the clinical care space at their first established site by proposing to accomplish 50,000 visits.
