Background and Discussion:

As part of the development in the area, a traffic impact analysis was conducted and submitted to Harris County Permits for review and approval. The aforementioned performed analysis warranted a traffic signal at the intersection of North Bridgeland Lake Parkway and Mason Road, which the developer committed to construct.

Expected Impact:

In issuing the new ESID number, CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC will be able to assign an account to the County for electric service to the traffic signal. The signal will then be energized with a valid account for quantifying electricity consumption.

Alternative Options:

No alternative option. Electric service is required for the traffic signal to function.
