Background and Discussion:
Butler Snow LLP represents Harris County on Civil Action No. 5:21-cv-844. This amendment will primarily incorporate the rate schedule that should have been included with the original agreement but was inadvertently excluded.
Expected Impact:
The matter discussed herein has largely been concluded. Payment of the invoices is a remaining hurdle. The current invoice total of Civil Action No. 5:21-cv-1223 is $240,780. There may be some expenses remaining for final close-out of the matter.
