Background and Discussion:
Precinct 1 wishes to make improvements to Deussen Park including improvements to the existing Senior Center and Nature Center, and a new amphitheater. This Award is for Architectural/Engineering firm to provide design services.
Expected Impact:
Approval to award contract to the selected vendor of Architectural/Engineering design services will allow the project to be designed to provide benefits to the community surrounding Deussen Park.
