Background and Discussion: Family reached out to our department requesting to donate tree and that it be planted at Sylvan Beach Park in memory of Christina Eileen Hall. Christina frequented Sylvan Beach regularly and sat near the water. Family thought that it would be a beautiful tribute to a life taken to soon.
