Background and Discussion:
Project includes general civil construction services for variety of locations throughout Precinct 3. The Precinct has requested for the new bid items to be added for road safety with the installation of concrete slope paving.
Change includes adding bid Item #106 (PCO # 66) for concrete slope pavement installation within Precinct 3.
1- Item 106 - Slope Paving ($250/SY) 666.67 SY placed totaling $166,667.50
All missing in the current bid.
The new bid item is only to establish the unit price and there is no change to the contract amount.

Change allows Contractor to place concrete slope pavement within the Precinct 3 limit.
