A multifamily development located in Harris County Precinct 2. As subrecipient SGV Investments Homes, LTD., for the SGV Investment Homes Projects under the “Disaster Recovery Agreement” provided affordable housing, SGV Home Investments, with the assistance of Harris County, developed a multifamily project with an affordability period of ten (10) years.
