Background and Discussion:
As part of the development in the area, a traffic impact analysis was submitted and warranted a traffic signal at the intersection of West Road at Fairway Palms Drive. The traffic signal is to be constructed by the developer of the property, and they will dedicate the easement by separate instrument.

The traffic signal easement will allow for the installation of the traffic signal infrastructure to enhance the operations of the intersection.
