Background and Discussion:
On July 20, 2021, Commissioners Court approved an original Agreement with Entech Civil Engineers, Inc. in the amount of $4,100,000.00 to perform annual system-wide inspection and condition assessments of the existing drainage elements, roadway infrastructure, and associated appurtenances of the Harris County Toll Road Authority.
The original Agreement was subsequently amended by order of Commissioners Court on or about June 27, 2023 in a First Amendment with no increase to the total contract amount.
The First Amendment is being amended by this Second Amendment increasing the payment from $2,500,000.00 to $4,100,000.00.
Expected Impact:
This Amendment provides HCTRA the ability to continue to provide construction maintenance projects to service the public by addressing roadway and bridge needs.
