Background and Discussion:
This Request for Qualifications was for technical assistance through staff augmentation to effectively manage the 2023 CDBG-DR and CDBG-MIT Program (2023 CDBG Program) in the capacity of District program management support, project cost estimation, project scheduling, and performing risk assessments.
