Background and Discussion:
On January 25, 2022 Commissioners Court approved an Agreement with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. in the amount of $38,640,000.00 for program management consultant services for the Ship Channel Bridge Program.
The First Amendment will increase payment from $38,640,000.00 to $71,140,000.00 and update terms and conditions. Amendment also includes an MWDBE goal for the amended value and scope.
This agreement will allow continued services for the construction of the Ship Channel Bridge Program.
Expected Impact:
Funding for this request will come from the Toll Road Authority.
