Background and Discussion:
This project is to expand the memorial plaza for George Floyd statue monument, which includes developing trails that connect the community center, parking lots, pavilion and existing trails to the George Floyd Memorial located in Precinct 1’s Tom Bass Park III.
Changes include the reconciliation of final numbers for the project, the addition of new lines items to complete the project such as additional time, culvert for drainage, grading of ditches, removing existing concrete and removal of an existing culvert.
Expected Impact:
Changes will allow for the project to be constructed per the original intent.
