Background and Discussion:
Based on the bid results, and the recommendation of the design consultant, Sander Engineering (attached), it is recommended that the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, Sequeira Civil Construction be awarded the contract.
Expected Impact:
The project will address current and future traffic volumes, reduce delays, and provide safe mobility for residents, pedestrians and drivers.

If no action is taken, the project may experience delays in improving mobility in the area.
