We respectfully request the Commissioner’s Court approval for the following transfers:
• Transfer of a Captain Position: From the Criminal Justice Command Business Unit 54100 to the Law Enforcement Command Business Unit 54000.
• Transfer of a Detention Officer Position: From the Law Enforcement Command Business Unit 54000 to the Criminal Justice Command Business Unit 54100.
These transfers are necessary due to departmental reorganization.
