Background and Discussion:
This interlocal agreement will allow the City of Pasadena to enter the Flood Control District property to remove a waterline that currently intersects Flood Control District property that is proposed to be a future basin, at no cost to the Flood Control District. This project includes utility adjustments and removal. This project occurs in the 2nd quartile under the 2022 Prioritization Framework approved by Commissioners Court.
Expected Impact:
The project seeks to reduce flood risks and strengthen resiliency in the Vince Bayou watershed by clearing utility conflicts out of the way for a proposed detention basin.
