Background and Discussion:

Engineered Ductal Mortar products and tools to facilitate in-house repair projects by the Fast Action Service Team (FAST).

Expected Impact:

The bulk purchase of these materials and tools will expedite work on multiple projects instead of individual purchases for each project.

Alternative Options:

The alternative is to “do nothing” and risk a failure of a full concrete panel. This would then require an

emergency repair of the full panel rather than programmed full channel section replacement.

County Strategic Plan Goal:  2. Connect our community with safe, reliable, equitably distributed, and well-maintained infrastructure.
