Background and Discussion:
The purpose of this disclaimer request is to provide CH Realty the full means and resources needed to have the total assemblage of this and surrounding tracts re-platted into a light industrial and office complex.
Expected Impact:
The planned redevelopment of the entire site into a light industrial and office complex will generate added tax revenue to Harris County as well as insulate the immediate surroundings from illegal dumping and unlawful trespassing.
Alternative Options:
If this request is denied, it will remain amid undeveloped property that currently requires efforts on behalf of the local ISD police as well as Precinct 2 to prevent illegal dumping and garbage left by the area’s trespassers.
