Background and Discussion:
Healthy Outcomes through Prevention and Early Support (HOPES) is a program that partners with community-based organizations to offer child abuse and neglect preventions services aimed at families with children. The renewal amendment was previously approved by the Commissioner’s Court, but the purchase of services contract was not included.
Expected Impact:
This grant is Cost Reimbursement to pay for salaries and fringes of two Clinicians and office supplies. HOPES will be providing an evidence-based parenting education curriculum to families.
