Inter-Local Agreement between Harris County and North Harris Regional Water Authority permitting the County to relocate authority facilities that are in conflict with the County’s project to construct infrastructure in support of the Providence Gardens subdivision, as single-family residential development being constructed as part of Housing & Community Development’s Single Family New Construction Program.
