Background and Discussion:
This agreement will allow Bilma PUD to construct and maintain various recreation amenities on Flood Control District right-of-way, including hike and bike trails.
Expected Impact:
By entering into a hike and bike agreement with Bilma PUD, it will allow Bilma PUD to construct sidewalks and features for the enjoyment of the community. It also reduces maintenance responsibilities for the Flood Control District as Bilma PUD will be responsible for vegetation management in the agreement area.
Alternative Options:
If this interlocal agreement is not executed, Bilma PUD will not be able to construct the proposed trail for use by the public.
