Section 11.392(a)(2) of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code requires the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission to give notice to the Commissioners Court of a county in which an applicant has applied for a Private Club Registration Permit to serve alcoholic beverages. An entity known as 55 Seventy Houston is seeking a Private Club Registration Permit for 3015 Richmond Avenue, Suite 100/200, Houston, Texas.
