Background and Discussion:
On April 12, 2016, Commissioners Court approved an agreement for an Enterprise Resource Planning System for Harris County. HCUS is requesting approval of an amendment for additional funding needed to true-up licensing entitlements for the ERP system used county-wide.

Approval of the amendment shall ensure Harris County remains in compliance with licensing for operating budget thresholds established in the contract.
