Background and Discussion:
In May 2022, Commissioners Court approved RFP Job No. 220157, requesting vendor proposals for a complete
postmortem CT solution - including, hardware, training, maintenance, and support.
Expected Impact:
Reduction of workload in the Medical Examiner’s Office, leading to reduction in backlog and processing times,
and faster turnaround times for completion of determination of cause and manner of death and final autopsy
reports.
