Background and Discussion:

InspireCom provided all qualified personnel, supervision, labor, services, materials, equipment, facilities,

travel, overhead and incidentals necessary to furnish, install and program a redundant microwave radio hop

setup for four (4) links (WARFN-H to WARFN-I, WARFN-I to WARFN-K, WARFN-K to RECS-D06) on the

Port Security Network.

The $1,000,000 requested reflects a complete replacement of legacy microwave radios as well as seven

cabinets. This is done every 6-7 years.

To provide a redundant microwave radio hop setup for Harris County Universal Services
