Background and Discussion:
The project is to improve on-street bikeway signing and pavement markings along Columbia Tap Trail at 11 intersections with the public streets. Change order due to the following: Removal of existing signs in various locations within project limits that are older duplicate signs in the amount of $2,400.00 and additional 3 days and Removal of existing concrete due to placement of new DWS (Detectable Warning Surface) and ADA Curb Ramps in the amount of $11,392.00 and additional 7 days, Final Adjustment of -$2,787.75. Therefore, Total Change Amount is $11,004.25 with 10 additional days.
Expected Impact:
Changes allow for compensation to the Contractor of the actual quantities used in construction.
