Background and Discussion:

The original CCHP 2.0 contract with the Coalition for the Homeless incorrectly identified the Coalition as a Contractor.  Further review has determined the Subrecipient designation to be appropriate.  This amendment identifies the Coalition as a Subrecipient, with associated responsibilities.
