Background and Discussion:

Harris County Public Health is Requesting this renewal for the vendor to continue providing development, enhancement, maintenance, and support as it relates to Harris County Public Health/Ryan White Grant Administration’s Centralized Patient Care Data Management System (CPCDMS) - a real-time, de-identified client-level computer database application that allows Part A and EHE-funded providers and other users in the Houston EMA to share client eligibility information and document service delivery while maintaining client confidentiality.

Expected Impact

Ryan White Part A and Ending the HIV Epidemic Subrecipients will have access to the CPCDMS to document client eligibility, service delivery activities, client demographics, and other related information required of both HRSA-related Ryan White Part A and Ending the HIV Epidemic grants.

Alternative Options:

Approval ensures uninterrupted CPCDMS access for internal and external users to document service delivery and to determine client eligibility related to HIV-related services funded under the Ryan White Part A and Ending the HIV Epidemic grants.
