Background and Discussion:
Requesting approval of a contract for Wireless Communication Tower, Equipment, Maintenance and Related Services. In addition to radio communication equipment, the vendor shall support the network infrastructure of the Port Security Network (PSN). The PSN facilitates communication for all situational awareness devices that provide security data for the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Security Monitoring and Assessment Group (SMAG) located at the Ellington Field U.S. Coast Guard facility.
