Background and Discussion:

Harris-Waller County Municipal Utility District No. 4 wishes to beautify and improve aesthetics throughout the new Sunterra Subdivision development. Harris-Waller County Municipal Utility District No. 4 to fund and maintain the subdivision improvements.

 

 

Expected Impact:
