Background and Discussion:

In order to be prepared for any declared disasters, Harris County intends to enter into an on-call contract with RES Gulf Coast, dba LECON, INC to assist with heavy civil construction during emergency operations and repairs at various locations of the county. The contract will be for one (1) year. Heavy civil construction of emergency repairs may include, but are not limited to: sidewalk, roadway, trails, bridges, outfalls, and other heavy civil work.

 

Expected Impact:

This contract is expected to assist in disaster operations and repairs as an on-call contract.
