Background and Discussion:

The Holly Hall Operations Center will be a 4-story, 145, 275 SF building to relocate Harris Health’s existing Central Fill Pharmacy program and EMS services.  The new location will offer a range of expanded services, including Central Fill, Central Distribution, Sterile Compounding, Administration/PPAO/Training Program and support service areas along with shelled space for future clinical/administrative operations.  Pharmacy’s current location cannot support future expansion and is constrained by adjacent tenancies in a leased facility.  The robotics equipment serving the facility is also at the end of its useful life.

Expected Impact:

The facility will significantly improve care delivery within the community by increasing access to healthcare services and improving quality of outcomes of the Pharmacy Central Fill Operations.

Alternative Options:

No viable alternatives have been identified.  The existing site significantly constrains facility size, capacity, access, and the ability to maintain existing services.
