Background and Discussion:

The Flood Control District has existing agreements with McDonough Engineering Corporation to provide engineering services for the Baywood Stormwater Detention Basin and the Mueschke West Stormwater Detention Basin. McDonough Engineering Corporation was purchased by LJA Engineering, Inc.

 

Expected Impact:

Continue engineering services with the existing agreements.

If the consent to assignment is not approved, the Flood Control District will not be able to complete work under the existing agreements.
