Background and Discussion:
Lakeside Improvement Association is requesting to end the (1) Deputy to devote (80%) of their working time to provide Law Enforcement services related to the geographical area effective February 10th, 2024. The PCN for the contract that Lakeside Improvement Association has requested to end will also be deleted effective February 10th, 2024.
Expected Impact: None, employee salary is already within the range. To amend the agreement with Harris County Constable Precinct 5 and Lakeside Improvement Association.
