Background and Discussion:

This agreement shall provide support of the development and implementation of an infrastructure maintenance portfolio management program for the Flood Control District. The services will help support the continued scaling, documentation, and reporting efforts for the Flood Control District’s maintenance program.

Expected Impact:

The agreement will provide resources needed to support the management of the maintenance program, and establish program management systems for enhanced data analysis, program progress tracking and reporting, and data centralization across numerous existing platforms, as the Flood Control District continues to address its deferred maintenance backlog, and transition to a more proactive approach towards maintaining its infrastructure.

Alternative Options:

The alternative to establishing program management support for enhanced management and analysis of the maintenance program is to take no action for enhancement of the program.
