Background and Discussion:
Modifications to the Fort Bend Parkway Extension to convert to an all-electronic toll facility consisting of grading, base, continuously reinforced concrete pavement, embankment, new tolling infrastructure, removal of existing toll plaza infrastructure, computerized traffic management system, ITS, signing and striping.
