Background and Discussion:
Averhealth will continue to provide Drug Testing Kits, Collection Cups, Specimen Collection, and the Screening and Confirmation of Urine Samples for the Harris CSCD for the period of February 1, 2024 - January 31, 2025. CSCD will use existing state funding, along with funding within its existing general revenue budget to pay for the services.
