Background and Discussion:
On October 26, 2021, Commissioners Court approved an agreement with Atser Systems, Inc. to provide the HCTRA with software support, customized software services, and off-site hosting services for the Construct-IT, Track-IT, and Assure-IT modules of the Capital Improvement Project Management and Tracking Software System (CAPTRAC), also known as Manage-IT.
The First Amendment, approved by Commissioners Court on October 26, 2021, added funds for migration of data from prior platform to updated platform.
This Second Amendment will extend the services for an additional five years, through September 13, 2031, and provide for an upgrade (including training, migration and owner-controlled funds for owner requested customizations) to the cloud platform to address evolving cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Expected Impact:
Approval of this amendment will allow HCTRA to continue utilizing the program to support HCTRA capital and maintenance projects.
