Background and Discussion:
During the freeze event in February 2021 the landscaping and trees did not survive. On August 23, 2022, Commissioner’s Court approved an agreement with Asakura Robinson Company, LLC to design landscaping that would replace the landscaping to improve sustainability and aesthetics. This construction contract will provide more resilient landscaping and storm water quality compliance for Hardy Toll Road Airport Connector.
